If a food establishment lists their closing time for 9, that’s when they close to the public; not 8:47. After driving almost 9 hours up from Northern California, my husband and I were exhausted and hungry and purposely rushed to grab food before they closed. We walked in and they were already cleaning. I politely asked if they could take our order and without even saying a word, the staff just shook their heads no. They saw us walk up, walk through the door and the sign said OPEN and their hours listed clearly on the door. I recently had dinner at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was between $20 and $30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of food and service. Crazy Sushi is our favorite spot for weeknight dinners. The restaurant is small and tends to get busy quickly, especially during the first hour of opening. Crazy sushi has always been great in the past but it has gone downhill. At least with carry out and delivery they charge to cut the sushi into pieces. That should be part of the process. It still is pretty good but not what it used to be.
