It all began when we were waiting at the door to be served and we saw a man chatting at the back of the room (without...a mask on). He saw us but continued to ignore us. After about 5/10 minutes, we were finally seated, but the guy only put his mask on when he was just over a metre away from us. This obviously made us very uncomfortable from the start. We took the grandchildren here for a treat and were disappointed at the lack of hygiene and an overall impression of poor housekeeping. The tables, menus and most surfaces could do with a thorough cleaning, especially during the current scare. Huge mirrors adorn one wall...to make the narrow seating area look more spacious but they are covered in mucky hand prints. Everything about the place felt neglected, we even had to squeeze past a huge delivery at the door which was waiting to be put away. Social distancing was impossible as there is nothing in place to organise queuing. Food was okay but very expensive if you had to pay full price. We ordered a takeaway witch i collected, once i got the deserters home they barley resembled what we actually ordered and they forgot to give us straws with the milkshakes, we didn't have any straws at home so i was overly disappointing. They kept me...waiting a long time and the woman behind the counter wanted to give me more food to make up for the long wait, I turn this offer down however they did it anyway I find this extremely wasteful, i wish they would have just focused on getting the order wright. We ordered a few items for delivery from this restaurant. I ordered the white chocolate and celestial cookie dough. It arrived in a gray-green color and tasted like leftover oatmeal with a earthy sauce. The cookie dough was gritty, flavorless, and unpleasant. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
my recent experience with creams, bexleyheath, was not a more pleasant. several pieces of short black hair was found in three of the six orderings, so we all lose our appetit and not finish our meal. but I'm sure this was a bad thing, it's been a bad thing that put us off this place and we can't order again.
She observed a girl using her phone in the middle of the queue, biting her nails. Without washing her hands, she proceeded to place an order. The other customers in line appeared more like teenagers hanging out rather than serious patrons. She decided that she will not be returning to that establishment.
We ordered through Just Eat and inadvertently received an open bag. One of our desserts was missing, and we couldn't reach Just Eat for help. So, we called the restaurant directly and they promptly fixed the issue without hesitation.

I had a waffle today, first of all in the menu it’s written it has red velvet cookie and mine came with chocolate cookie, anyway.. the waffle was completely raw I couldn’t even eat it.
I see that one of the workers with the hands did not treat gloves after he had touched money, and the hygiene of the load was very bad and dirty. what I see made me not order food
