it was incredibly busy when we arrived, but we managed to get a table for 2. for mature menus from a really polite employee who apologized for the condition of them. all the workers were fed by their feet, but very polite and helpful. menu says which items are vegan, but do not say what vegetarian (e.g. with gelatin) and personal did not know (not listed under allergens) until we asked them if they could check the ingredients specifically. drinks were taken out quite quickly and I was pleased to see that they do not forget our water of conduction next to the milkshake. much later the waffel was brought to our table and it was really delicious (toffee sauce with rolos). our other food did not...
Visited Creams recently and as someone who is not from London, the customer service was amazing and efficient. I was served by Kerem, who was very friendly and helpful. My Gelato order was served quickly and I received an excellent experience which surpassed my expectations. Cannot wait to visit again!
eating was really good and exactly the type of energy boost we were looking for after shopping, but the extra pots ice cream are quite small for the price and we could have used some help to understand how to order as we had never been there.
we ate creams yesterday. the service was friendly, the desserts were great and freshly prepared and the coffee was great! very happy and we look forward to the visit again!
