Massively disappointed! My little family went today to encourage our autistic son to try new foods. So always try to make is a positive experience. As we arrived and stood near the sign that said wait to be seated, we were pointed at tables so assumed we could chose our own seating. Sat at a table and waited but no menus arrived. Went to the counter to collect sticky menus. Returned to the counter and placed my order. Was told no hot drinks available, so had to go without. Less than 5 minutes later we were the only ones in there at 5:30pm our desserts arrived. Today I took my 7 year old granddaughter and my two daughters for a treat this afternoon. This branch was very quiet just a few tables with customers . We wanted to sit in a booth but they were dirty plates and cups on them hadn’t been cleared away . We sat in the middle of restaurant. Not a friendly smile or any greeting when we entered . We ordered our deserts and a milk shake as they said no hot drinks available today . We had to collect our own cutlery and asked for another straw for my granddaughter to share milkshake the man at the counter was not happy to give us another one , but did eventually. Got to say how miserable they were , thought I was at a funeral parlour. For goodness sak...

Walked in and thought the place was closed, many lights not on and no staff to great us. After standing at the “wait to be seated” sign, we looked around and was indicated by a member of staff to sit anywhere. We weren’t offered menus we had to go hunt them out. The state of the menus really does reflect the negativity of the staff here. Lots of stuff advertised but not available. Staff gave the impression they didn’t wish to be there. Place looked unloved. When asking for cutlery some had to be washed up. Our food arrived at different times and again no proper service. I am a “tipper” but there was no way I was tipping this service. Absolutely disgusting service the rudest staff I have ever encountered, in fact im not surprised it was virtually empty, went for an after school treat with my grandsons , our desserts and drinks were slammed on our table , when asked where we got cutlery and serviettes from , we were told over there Won 't be visiting again you have ruined our evening, it was meant to be a special treat for my grandchildren as I work many hours and don 't get much time with them . This isn’t a review on the food, we had no issues with the food. We visited on a Monday and was the only people in, excluding the 3 staff members. It wasn’t busy. The restaurant was filthy. Dirty cutlery left in booths, a stack of dishes to be washed left on display, the tills were streaky with mud from presumably shoes. The restaurant floor was dirty with again cutlery and general mess on the floor. Cutlery provided was also sticky and streaky. Again, no issue with food but restaurant was filthy.

Shocking really. Usually go to the Rochester one. Order did not go through to their system despite my payment on here. When that was sorted i waited ages at the store, prehaps 40+ minutes as others were served before telling them that my birthday girl at home was getting upset. The lady them picked my order that had been on the top for ages and appologised. I then ran to my car and drove home as fast as i could to my daughter. Really poor. Will never be going there again.

This place is absolutely disgusting Filthy dirty, floors look like they've not been cleaned in months. We actually wiped the table we were sat at with a baby wipe and it came up black cutlery sticky and unclean Screwed up menus piled up all over the place Not sure how this place is still able to be up and running Absolutely AVOID

Avoid! Dirty, run down and staff who couldnt be more unenthusiastic if they tried. My daughter was excited because it was her 4th birthday, so told the 2 members of staff behind the counter and they barely looked up. Ice cream was average at best. Menus old and dirty, holes in seats.... dont even think about using the toilets. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sad offerings. Toppings were absolutely minimal. Oreo waffle was literally like a little bit of dust left from the bottom of an empty packet. Minimal sauce, dry waffle. Definitely gone down hill here. Dirty tarnished menus ripped seats to boot. Definitely won’t be back

We stood waiting to be seated for a while only to be told to sit wherever we liked. Only had one menu for a group of 4. Food comes at all different timings meaning you cannot eat a nice meal together. The food was nice though.
