Yesterday will be our last visit to this cafe, for the second time in two weeks they got the order wrong. They don't listen and they don't confirm the order once it's been taken. I ordered bacon and eggs and got eggs on toast. I asked for the eggs to be flipped, and they weren't, plus they were only partly cooked. Instead of doing anything about it, I was told that they did not charge for bacon and eggs. It appears they have a lot of experience at arguing with customers rather than helping them. On the previous visit, they had a trainee on the counter who didn't know how to take orders, and I had to get someone to assist, but the order still came out wrong. I always order coffee here and it's always good. Went for brunch for the first time last week and ordered Eggs Benny. It was very disappointing. The poached egg was overdone and the toast was hard... It was so bad, I barely touched any of it. Please improve the quality of your food because the ambience of the cafe is really nice!! I come here most weekends for lunch with my daughter and mum-we come to Runaway Bay not for the shops-but for this Cafe The food is amazing-(best hot chips aioli sauce ever) the staff are super friendly and the atmosphere view is beautiful-Would highly recommend dinning here-I stopped eating at fast food restaurants because I'm always here instead Food: 5
