Cremerie du Vieux Beloeil

Walking around Old Beloeil last Sunday we stopped here for ice creams. The shop itself is pretty small but with a nice cosiness about it. There is a good variety of ice creams, chocolate, sugar or plain cones, fruit for frozen yogurts & candy toppings. They also have whipped ice cream which I chose in a cup topped with Caramel salé which was absolutely delicious possibly the best I've tried. The texture was nice and crunchy , almost as if the grains of salt were sprinkled in it ! There is a patio with tables and chairs outside or you can just wander across to the river & enjoy the view.

Un petit rafraîchissement en mi-soirée après souper. On prend une belle marche ensemble jusqu'au Vieux Beloeil et là... on s'arrête à la Crêmerie du Vieux Beloeil pour une glace. Un cornet de crème glacée molle trempée dans le chocolat noire. Très bonne. On va manger notre glace sur le bord de la rivière Richelieu pour relaxer avant de retourner à la maison.

Excellente crème glacée et excellent service par une proprio toujours souriante et avenante et qui doit gérer un achalandage souvent remarquable. Mais tout le monde attend patiemment son tour, sachant les petits délices qui les attendent.

It's a cute ice cream place near the Richelieu river, right in the middle of the Vieux Beloeil. A lot of choices of ice cream and frozen yogourt, there is even a vegan ice cream available.

La crème glacé est très bonne. Leur mont blanc est inmanquable. Leur cornet gaufrer sont cher mais ils valent le cout.
