Crèmerie Les Folies Glacées

So many things wrong about this place. Nothing special about the ice cream. It’s ice cream you can get at the grocery store. The restaurant is dirty. A deep clean would help. I was charged $20.47 before tip (and yes of course I tipped) for 2 medium cones with chocolate and nuts on the cone, 2 scoops of hard ice cream, covered in chocolate dip. The chocolate dip tasted like nothing. I paid cash and asked for a receipt. The kid at the cash said I couldn’t have a receipt if I paid in cash.. well, that’s all I had. I 'm giving this ice cream parlor 2 stars because the woman behind the counter was unsanitary by coughing hard in her hand while serving customers. I 'm ok with no gloves but she could have at least coughed in her elbow....she was very nonchalant about it as if she 's in her living room by herself kinda thing. Just a general lack of sanitary concern on her part. Ice cream was average for the price....nothing special. Désolé mais je trouve ça inacceptable quand la personne derrière le comptoir tousse fort dans sa main et sert les crèmes glacées aux clients en même temps...elle pouvait au moins tousser dans son coude....juste un problème sanitaire. Les crèmes glacées sont ok...rien de spécial.

Friendly employees, very good ice cream despite a little expensive. But I loved the fact that we were allowed to return even with our dogs.
