If you're looking for good service, I recommend avoiding this place. I waited in line for 45 minutes for ice cream that ended up falling from the cone and couldn't be served. When I asked the staff for a replacement, she refused and claimed I would be wasting the ice. If the person serving the ice cream had ensured it was properly served and not falling apart, this wouldn't have been an issue. Overall, if you want even the most basic level of service, it's best to steer clear of this restaurant.
The wait for the ice cream was pretty long—around 30 minutes—but it was definitely worth it because the soft serve is amazing! I wouldn’t recommend the pear flavor, as it doesn’t have much taste. However, the raspberry and hazelnut flavors are fantastic! I was a bit disappointed, though, because my cone was really small and didn’t seem worth the $10 I paid. I didn’t mention it to the staff since there were still a lot of customers to serve and it was already late.
Over the years, the prices have become increasingly steep—an ice cream that would typically cost $4-5 elsewhere now runs $8-10 here. I think that in 2023, we’re paying for the hype rather than the quality, service, or overall experience, and unfortunately, those aspects seem to be declining. I always give it a rating of three stars because I’ve visited a few times, but it really ought to be a place that embraces change!
La meilleure crème glacée molle que j'ai mangé! Le combo choco-noisette-framboise est délicieux. Le prix par cornet est élevé (9$ mais ça en vaut le coup pour avoir un produit de qualité à quelques occasions durant l'été. *P.S. des promotions/spéciaux seraient très appréciées, surtout pour les familles* Reserva una mesa ahora
