The service was disappointing. We waited at least 20 minutes before anyone came to take our coffee order. The server didn't check in with us at all to see if we needed anything or if we were satisfied with our meal. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive after we ordered. In short, we felt completely overlooked. I requested to speak with the owner to share my feedback directly, hoping to avoid writing this review, but he never came over. Even when I saw him at the checkout, he ignored me. So here I am, sharing my experience.
A haven for pancake enthusiasts! The affordable prices are definitely a bonus, but it's the attentive service that truly shines. The staff is friendly and well-informed, providing tailored recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for enjoying the delectable pancakes. On top of that, they offer WiFi, allowing you to relax and linger throughout the week without feeling rushed.
I used to go there often for a few years, but the service is very poor, in the kitchen and in the dining room. You don't put a young new waitress alone on the floor and above all you don't bully her in front of the customers. Last time I go there. Not suitable for serving children first.
To be avoided. 50 minutes of waiting when there are 4 tables with customers (1/8th of the occupancy capacity). Disappointing lunch: paper pancakes, post syrup, bad coffee. Long live Eggsquis or Ben and Florentine .For this one go your way ??

This is a nice, affordable spot for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and friendly service, along with the cozy atmosphere. However, the meal itself was just average—it was good, but nothing extraordinary.
A good price-performance ratio. It is clear that there was no investment in the premises so the prices remained unchanged. Very affordable, $22 for a lunch that costs $35 in other places.

The price isn't high for the amount of food you get, the plates are full and customer service is very friendly, the food is well cooked and very good, I highly recommend.
