Just perfect! The best pancakes I could eat from my life. I don’t like crêpes at all as normal. These are ideally seasoned, a subtle mix between salty butter and sweet filling. An impeccable service, open to discussion, towels at will and small towels has been made available not to salt hands during the tasting. I recommend, an immanquable if you are passing through Saint Tropez!
