On holiday in Cancale, we desperately sought a crêperie worthy of this name! We didn’t think it was as complicated in the Crêpe country!!! Renowned rankings have directed us to Hermine and no regret! The renovated place, the quality of the cakes and the service make this crêperie worth the detour! I am not surprised that personalities go there, nothing ostentatious, no tourist trap just a good table recognized by the premises, the guides. Good value for money!
