For years we have been going to the Crescendo de Salaise but each time we fall on recruiting staff who do not want to work. To believe that the smile is optional and the signs of absen politeness. And it feels in the kitchen, sometimes neglected without flavor sometimes hyper salty! It’s a shame because there’s potential and sometimes we fall on friendly and kind staff! I think the manager should observe a little more the work of his employees to bring back the quality of the service.
Extremely disappointed with quantity and quality. Cold and tasteless meals. Liquid lasagna, poorly cooked paste and no gruyère on lasagna. The Milanese scalope is my favorite but very disappointed dish because very small (childwear) and cold. Cold fries and cold green beans and fade. The flavourless vinaigrette sauce. What happened to Crescendo this Saturday 28/01 at 12:00?

One Monday night, no big opening to dinner, we fell down on this cafeteria... Well the experience was quite successful: the dishes were good and the room was rather clean... Service and general atmosphere were medium, but we were in a cafeteria, not one. In summary, this establishment can be widely troubled for a meal.
Carbonara pasta without cheese (because I didn't buy it!!! Dixit the cook, have to ask the Caesar sauce for the Caesar salad (ranging in the fridge... If the service drops, I will soon avoid coming....
the trays are a little screwed; not 100% of the staff is smiling; otherwise we've eaten well for big mothers' fetes! flat : fries not cooked enough.
Today at noon the menu escalope savoyarde excellent! For dessert sweet little verrins Service at the top. I recommend.
