Don't be put off by the basic/authentic Caribbean decor, this is a properly good restaurant. My starter was an open brisket beef taco, whilst I may not have liked the presentation/method of delivery, the flavours were incredible. I then had the red snapper, which I had previously in Jamaica (awesome) and then in Greece (much smaller fish, so not as good), this was a proper fillet (similar to Jamaica) and was just superb. Give this place a go and expand your culinary horizons, it's brilliant.
We went to Cribbs on the last night of our holiday. We shared the bread and dips to start which were lovely. However my mains which was the halloumi jerk was way too spicy and was just burning my throat. I can handle a bit of heat but this was the next level. Unfortunately this ruined it for me. My partner had the salted fish and said his had a kick but not as much as mine. Perhaps they should ask how spicy you would like it.
Have been going to Cribbs for many years and visited today for lunch with my Daughter and Granddaughter. We have never been disappointed. The food is amazing and John is an excellent chef!! Good value for money a great atmosphere and staff always friendly. Would recommend everyone gives this Caribbean restaurant a try
We paid £10 for a pint of lager, small portions and the bread with my soup was a joke; a piece of sliced brown bread cut diagonally with a small packet of butter! We came across ‘Cribbs’ upon visiting Falmouth to see our daughter, a MUST visit when in Falmouth. The food was absolutely incredible, we had the Jerk chicken and will 100% be visiting again. The flavours were magnificent. Thank you.
A taste of the Caribbean in Falmouth. A very pleasant surprise and so glad we booked here. lots of choice on the menu and a very helpful waitress. don't hesitate to book this restaurant you won't be disappointed. Spicy and tasty
What a find! Fabulous food with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and great tasting and well presented dishes. The selection of meals we had made a difficult choice for best dish as they were all fantastic.

Fabulous food and a lovely atmosphere. They had taken the time to work out which dishes I could eat due to being gluten and dairy intolerant. Great choice of food for everyone.
