I usually don't write reviews, but I was 9/3/22 at 10ish yesterday.the experience was bad and I won't go back. First we wait for our turn, because they only allow a group in the tiny room that is okay, but no good morning or no smile at all. Customer service was unwilling. We have never been there so my family n I was looking for to see what we wanted and we felt hurried. The cashiers traded robots maybe their batteries were low, I don't know. 5 pastries, 2 small coffees and 2 small hot chocolates later $50 only in case you have never been there so you have an idea of pricing. The employee was also annoyed when we asked the kids Brownies separated from our lemon bar boxes. The hot chocolates...

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Criminal bakery and had an amazing experience! The tasting was so fun and Dawn was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer my questions and really listened to what I had in mind. I asked if our florist could provide the flowers and decorate the cake herself, and there was no problem with that! We ended up choosing a coconut tiered cake with stone fruit and two half sheet cakes carrot pineapple with cream cheese frosting and chocolate raspberry. Wow! This place really brings to goods! Amazing baked goods, both savory and sweet! Had a breakfast sandwich on my visit which was warm and juicy and delicious. Another person in my group had a pastry which was flaky, delicate, but not overly sweet. Really impressed by the flavor balance. And don?t forget the staff! People make places, and I was so happy with how warm and professional the team was here. Can?t wait to come back on my next trip to town!

Their Big Bad Bacon Burrito was ?! Got my daughter the Brown Butter Brownie. The coffee was a 7 out of 10, but I'm picky about my coffee. Great place, way better than spending your money at Starbucks.

A Santa Rosa marvel. A multitude of sweet and savory delights. There were so many choices, had to get multiple items.
