My experience at Criniti's Darling Harbour was a horrible one. I came around lunchtime with my boyfriend, expecting a lavish in quality experience. However, we found that the menu is far too long, and our experience with the food was ridiculous. The pasta was barely cooked, and felt much harder than it should've (almost like plastic) and the flavour was too strong & cheesy. The pizza we ordered also tasted funny and had an almost mouldlike flavour to it?!? This was a huge disappointment as the food was overly expensive for such poor quality. The only thing we enjoyed was the Darling Harbour View, and even that wasn't worth the tummy ache. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever!

To put it simple, the price you pay for the food is not worth the service you are getting in return. Constantly ignored by staff who are too busy giving priority to bigger group tables, as well as clearing other tables to make room for new walk ins. Saw 2 separate tables walk out because they were waiting for their orders to be taken! This is ridiculous as Criniti's seem to be very boastful of their food, sad people are fooled to give it a go and given terrible service in return.
Algunas ventajas y desventajas. Fuimos tarde en un sábado por la noche y fue ruidoso! Me refiero tan fuerte que casi tienes que gritarte el uno en el otro, tienes lados de cumpleaños, así que, por lo tanto, quien alguna vez tiene un cumpleaños, irá batería y cantará para ir al camino, la verdad de que esto fue muy molesto. La comida era realmente genial, Dios, TG, ya que era una larga espera entre el orden de los alimentos, esperó la comida y luego la factura.

Crinitis was a great experience for me as the food was delicious and the service was great.
I ordered a seafood pizza, risotto, a carbonara pasta and bacon carbonara fettucine (not sure what the exact names were). My favourite was the risotto because I loved the sauce they used and the texture was great.
However, I did go at a busy time, so it was very crowded and loud. But overall, I had a good time.
A few pros and cons. We went late on a Saturday night and it was loud! I mean so loud you have to almost scream to one another, they do Birthday themes so who ever has a Birthday gets drums and singing going their way, truth be told this was very annoying. Food was actually great thank god, tg as it was a long wait between ordering food, waiting for the food, and then the bill.
Food was great but unfortunately the service let them down. Admittedly a group of 24 however it took 30 minutes to even get water to the table and a 45 minutes to get wine. They were busy but we arrived at our booked table exactly on time so no excuse. Would certainly try again but in a small group. Pizza dough is as good as I have had!
I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. I do not understand why my cousins are fans of this place. The service was subpar and the Italian food was below average. We ordered pizza and found it disappointing. It has been some time since we visited, so perhaps they have improved, but I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Huge portion sizes and great for large groups. Food is consistent. Does get very noisy so wouldn't suggest for a romantic date or small group. Staff can be a little slow
