So there's a lot to say about this place, its pretty new store that is open when I'm not mistaken in 2018, it's one of the only restaurants in Bienne that specialize in fried chicken. The prices are fine, not too expensive, not too cheap, the staff is probably the largest pearl of this fast food restaurant, they are friendly and full of humor, they will welcome you to the store with open arms and help you make your choice when you are new in the restaurant. Frankly, I call this fast food Worst fast food in Bienne already I don 't even know if we can call it a fast food given the slowness of the service, staff who argue with each other, they don 't even say hello, the cook was on his phone for 10 minutes before coming to take our order, after having managed to order we waited 40 minutes for a simple wrap and a frankly pitiful taco... I advise everyone not to come here, if it was good why not but then you will waste time and money, the chicken must be cooked in the morning and left all day so the chicken is not crispy and dry, really disappointed

First, her service was amazing! They really know how to treat their customers well and the next is their food. It was so delicious and so many varieties. They offer high quality food with large varities. You even have to try your new burger in black Burgerbunk. It was very delicious. If you're here, make sure you try it. The restaurant was very clean and great as mentioned.

Unfortunately not recommended. Staff isn't exactly helpful or friendly. I actually expected more from the food. Soggy and if you're hungry you have to bring your time. Been here twice now. Doesn `t get better. It's a shame, but I definitely won't come like this again. My criticism of a half-raw piece was pointless.
