Expectations were high. Restaurant looked so authentic something different for Puerto Rico. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Menu had a good choice a little through back to 80's but that seemed fine. But there was Big Disappointment to come. Our Chateau Briand arrived asked for medium. They served it with blood ouzing out onto the plate seeping into the vegetables. No No No Christina came to table and simple said you obviously don't like it medium . No I just want it rested and no taste of blood on my vegetables. They simply mopped up blood with serviette at my table and put down the plate and it simply ouzed again. La persona y Christina eran muy amables y agradables. Lamentablemente, la comida no cumplió las expectativas. Para el curso principal tenía siloína con salsa de roquefort, mi favorito absoluto. Pero la carne era de muy mala calidad, llena de tendones, inposible para masticar. Mi amigo tomó una estaca de tartar y tenía absolutamente demasiado ajo, el sabor de la carne desapareció en ella. Así que a pesar de la amabilidad, no volveremos a visitar este restaurante.
Estuvimos allí hace algunas semanas y sigue siendo el mejor restaurante en Puerto Rico. La comida es excelente y el personal es genial. Hemos estado yendo allí durante muchos años y siempre esperamos con ansias regresar. Recomendaríamos este restaurante a cualquiera. Nos gustaría agradecer a Christina y su hija por todos los buenos momentos que hemos tenido. Brenda.
