I stopped by this restaurant on a whim for some tea while I was passing through. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Charlie served me and we had a great conversation about our love for dogs. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked steak, and the beer was also great. I'm looking forward to coming back on a warmer day for some cold ones.
Great customer care. Great atmosphere in The Crofters today on Mother’s Day! Chris’ customer care was excellent! As a staff member, Chris was was super friendly, welcoming and professional and was so enthusiastic about his role, which is lovely. Good vibes. I enjoyed a mum and daughter catch-up. I ordered a double burger meal but when the meal came there was only one burger on the plate. When I enquired about the other burger I received not only the missing burger but a free order of onion rings to say sorry about the mistake. Brilliant thank you.
Come in tonight and the new menu and new staff and service was impeccable and the new staff are lovely and staff are always great, Charley the manager always looks after our dog and thats why we love it here and best pub in huyton Reserva una mesa ahora
I came to watch the football at this bar and had a pint. Vicky, the bartender, was nice and provided polite service. I would give it 5 stars and would definitely come back.
My partner and I had a lovely dinner at The Crofters. The staff was very friendly and the two mixed grills were cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place!
