I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I have visited twice now, and both times the service was far below expectations. The first visit, the waitress was new and made several mistakes, which I understood. However, on my most recent visit, the service was a complete joke. The waitress made fun of my hot water order because I am pregnant, spilled beer on my friend's jacket and laughed about it, and did not bother to clean it up. She neglected to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything else, leaving us to go to the bar for refills. We were in Crofton visiting my father-in-law and wanted to treat him to dinner. He mentioned he had heard good things about Osborne Bay Pub, so we decided to go there. The servers were friendly and attentive, and they followed all COVID rules. The interior was quite dark, so it wouldn't hurt to turn up the lights a bit. My spouse ordered the nachos, which came with a variety of toppings on every chip, and the house-made salsa was incredible. I opted for the beef dip, which had the best bark I've ever tasted. The au jus was perfectly seasoned, and there was a hint of pink to the bark, which I personally love. The beef was cooked to perfection. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!

Myself and my lady are travelling through town and stopped by for happy hour. Our server was makenzie (I think that’s her name) she was an absolute delight! Food and alcohol was faster then any other place on the island hands down. We got x4...beers x2 wines and acouple meals and it was still under $100 including tips. Would highly recommend this place for food or drinks. Thanks makenzie for a great experience!!! The Aussie couple!

We had 2 piece fish chip it was the special for $20 Fries swimming in grease, fish wasn’t great , cold-slaw off colored spoiled. My son who loves fish couldn’t even finish eating it was so bad. We sent fries back came...back slightly better. Don’t know how they can serve people such disgusting food! Server was nice but that’s about it.

4 of us went to the pub after walking the boardwalk and have to tell you the food was excellent and bountiful! Our server was Liz and the service was excellent..in fact all the staff we had an occasion to meet were very friendly. Our...opinion a 10.! we will return. We sat out on the patio and it is family friendly.

Because of a very sore back, I decided to get takeout for the day. I chose Crofton Pub and was pleasantly surprised by the good fish and chips, decent calamari, and my husband's enjoyment of his pasta dish. The oysters were just okay, not amazing. Overall, it was a quick, delicious meal close to home.

we went by and found very friendly staff and better than expected eating. Thursday is burger day and they get a burger and beer for 15$. the pub has both good beer on tape and a beautiful apple wine and wine selection - not big, but. we loved to sit on the terrace.

This place is puzzling at best. The food is always cold, tasteless and service is very slow. Staff turnover is very high. It could be a great place under management that understands hospitality industry. It is just dismal and expensive dismal.
