When I called a week in advance to increase the number of guests, I was informed that there was no reservation made. Was there a disconnect between Open Table and the restaurant or is there an issue with internal communication? Despite my concern, I arrived with a group of friends at the restaurant on Friday in hopes of securing a reservation. Fortunately, I was able to confirm that a reservation had been made. On Sunday, the food and service were excellent as always. However, the final bill was disappointing considering the high quality of the menu and the value for money. It was frustrating to deal with booking challenges. This seems to be a recurring issue, as last year my booking request did not reach the restaurant staff. Could this be the reason for the low number of customers?
