Crosstown Pub Grill

First off, our server was nice, polite, and attentive. As for the food though I wish I could say something nice about that. I was with my wife and two kids. We ordered the kids food first so it could get out sooner. Then we ordered wings for us. The kids' chips were stale and mac n cheese was just bad like they heated up leftovers. As for our wings there were not any better. The wings were overcooked to the point that there was burn skin, and then when you opened them up they were just dripping with grease. For the few I could eat, they just made me sick later. I do NOT recommend eating at this establishment.

We heard that Crosstown was voted best wings in the tri-cities so we gave them a try. We were disappointed as the wings were just ok. Wings Plus and B-dubs are much better. Also Crosstown was so expensive! They even charge you based on which sauce(s) you choose. Who does that? Won’t be ordering from them again.

You have frozen pre-formed burger patties, frozen chicken wings, frozen boneless wings... You have a restaurant in the Midwest...fresh beef is not hard to source! Why ask someone how they would like a burger cooked..then bring out that hockey puck wannabe?? Absolutely never ever will i visit this place again.

The food was mid. The items sounded delicious, but in reality the food was sub par. The service was slow. In addition, there were flies buzzing around while trying to eat. Large venue and can accommodate a lot of people. Many events and special deals going on for a fun night out.
