Something needs to actually be done about the food, not just"I'll pass this on to the proper people so we can improve. We came on New years day and had the very expensive prime rib brunch. When we got the meat, there wasn't very much of a crust as expected on a prime rib. When we cut into the meat, it was extremely tough to cut, and my jaws hurts so much from having to chew on the meat that I only ate a quarter of the prime rib, if that. The rest of the buffet brunch was mediocre at best. The eggs look manufactured from carton, the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was extremely salty, the desserts we're scarce and the fruit should have been tasted before it was passed out to the public becau...

I had the Alfredo Pasta, and I'm still at a loss for words—it's far better than what I've had at any Italian restaurant. My friend ordered ribs and vegetables, and they were incredible as well—full of flavor. The quality of the food and the quick service made our experience even better. I really enjoyed the Clam Chowder and Coconut Prawns! They were very fresh and packed with clams! I plan to try the prime rib next time. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 4 stars.
