Step aside Philly, there's a new sheriff in town. I've had all the heavy hitters before. I've taken a a road trip just for a sandwich from Pat's or Genos. Now there's Crottys. This is the perfect spot in Westchester for anything craveable, hearty and cheesy. As soon as you walk in, youre going to see the menu stacked with insane combinations. They don't just have guilty pleasures either. They have tons of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. The staff gives you a warm and inviting greeting when you walk in and have the grill fired up and ready to go. I ordered the Nacho cheesesteak, chicken fingers, Mac n cheese, and the cheesecake bites. I could sit here all day and tell you how great...
Years ago my son and I would make an annual pilgrimage to Philadelphia the try cheesesteaks out over several days. After a while we knew to bypass the shops that get all the publicity and find the good ones elsewhere. Every once in a while I would look on the Internet for good local cheesesteaks and could never find anything. I live in the Bronx and one day I was driving by after visiting a friend and there was Crotty's sitting on the corner like a beacon on a dark night. I've been there several times and have to say they make absolutely delicious Philly grade cheese steaks. The only way to eat it is wit wiz with onions and peppers! But I'm sure there are other delicious variations I just do...
I'm not much of a connoisseur but I must say that this was one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. I ordered the Irishman (even though I'm not Irish...not even close). That bacon, mushrooms, gravy and cheddar on top of that black angus was truly mouthwatering and extremely flavorful...and the bun, fuggedaboutit!!! I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future. But for now, I think I need a forklift to pick me up from this chair because I am stuffed!
So glad I took advantage of the White Plains Ghost Kitchen! I've been seeing a lot of posts on Westchester Foodies Facebook page the past few months and have been meaning to give it a try. I ordered on the website earlier in the day for a 6pm delivery, arrived promptly (and hot! at exactly 6pm. Decided to stick with the traditional since we were first timers, definitely the best cheesesteaks in the area. Highly highly recommend!!!

Delicious cheesesteaks. Visited this place on a Sunday afternoon. The service was great and quick. My friend and I ordered traditional with pulled pork and grilled chicken. We also got fries ! Pulled pork delicious, tender and generous amount of meat. The bread was also super tasty. Grilled chicken also had generous amount of meat and nicely cook. French fries super crispy Definitely would visit again !
This place gets two stars because the staff was dope. Otherwise everything we ordered was horrific. The worst cheesesteak I've ever had!! Chicken fingers were basically like a lunch room cafeteria frozen Tyson brand. Completely disgusting. Fries were horrible and so was the Mac and cheese. The most disappointing dining experience I've had in a while!!
We had two shorty cheesesteaks. Good bread,steak cooked properly with good taste. Fries are 1lb in an order passed as too big. Suggest some Boylan's or Mexican coke for cane sugar instead of hfcs.
Do not know what is wrong with me but this was a terrible meal; drowned with melted cheese and I could not find the steak. Not the sandwich i remember from years back in Philadelphia.

It was good, but not great! Good quality cheesesteak and great quality service. Oh and I loved the mini mozzarella cheese sticks! 5 Stars Will visit again!
Delicious! I love how they close at 10pm! Friendly staff. I will return and mention this place.
