Went today for coffee and lunch with friends. We were seated at a table with armchair style chairs which were extremely uncomfortable, too low, and too far away from the table. We asked 2 members of staff if we could move to another empty table of which there were quite a few. They both said they would have to ask their manager, we heard the lady ask her manager who said NO, we were not asked if there was a reason behind our request. (We both have issues with our spine). The manager came and asked for food order at which point we told her that we would finish our drinks and then be leaving which we did. Went to Navio Lounge where we had a lovely lunch in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, staff...
We had a large birthday celebration 8n the Crown restaurant and it was excellent. The food was spot on, very friendly and efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble. Overall very good value for money and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend this venue.
An excellent dining experience, the food, atmosphere and service was second to none. Family meal to celebrate a birthday and although I think we were a little loud at times, the service we received was just lovely. Highly recommend.
We've had an absolutely wonderful meal for two on Valentines day. Food was cooked perfect, all nice and hot and the staff are always so pleasant. Lovely atmosphere. Best in town. Thanks for a fantastic evening. Steve and Kath

The starters and Sunday roast were lovely but the risotto was inedible and had to be sent back. It tasted, smelled and looked revolting I'm afraid. I reordered a pasta dish which was nice but I was charged for both.
We’ve been so many times now and have never had a bad meal. I love it here. It’s cosy, warm, staff are friendly, there’s a nice atmosphere. Wine is great and food is great. Our go to place in Nantwich! ,
A great menu really good food and attentive happy staff highly recommend the Crown Hotel and Restaurant with the historic setting it’s got great character, it’s a special place !
Booked restaurant for family get together. Booking was very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.

The food was excellent as usual. Five very different meals. All delivered together. Very good Service.
