Terrible experience! We have a membership for my 2 children, despite a map on the file that it calculates membership for a child and not for another. Today, when we came in, the reception lady tried me 5× of what I'm paying monthly with a new price. I explained that it is not my fault that they charge monthly fee for only one child. After she called Manager, she decided to charge me a one-time fee of $21 and cancel my previous membership?????????????? But the second child from the same household is okay? and the lady came over and over again and bothered me with various requests while I spoke to my friend. Very unprofessional?

This place is like a 7/10 only because the kids had fun. There are some toys and games that don't work. We ordered a turkey sandwich, buffalo wings and pommes and they all had not much taste. Food is expensive for what you get. We went on Monday and it was Bogo. I don't like paying the parents.

Great place for children. You have a discount based on the day of the week. The lady from the reception makes amazing face painting for children extra $5. They also sell sushi that rarely sell for this type of places that usually only sell pizza.

Food was overpriced and not fully cooked well. Chicken wings were dry, hard and burnt. Only gave 4 small slices of pizza and was charged too high. They need to do better and lower the prices and serve better cooked food.

I always take sushi here!!! My favorite is Dragon Roll?? Sushi cook Thomas cooks sushi soooo delicious, I cannot resist!!! we took two big sets for my son's birthday, all enjoyed
