Terrible customer service and the cookies are not worth the hype. I waited 30 minutes for my ToGo order, which had already been confirmed as ready. There were over a dozen staff members in the kitchen, yet only one overwhelmed cashier handling the entire front end with no help. When I finally received my cookies, they were packed in a dirty box smeared with chocolate. To top it off, they had the nerve to charge $1 for a so-called "birthday box," which was just a small black sticker in the corner.
