While I love Crumbl Cookie, this could have been a much better experience. There was nobody at the counter to take orders and as someone paying with cash, I had to flag a worker down and ask if they did. He said yes, loosely gestured to the kiosk, then turned to go back to packing up cookies. There was 0 customer service at all and then they have the gall to ask for a tip on the machine. At least these cookies taste good. Food: 5
