This is a typical Crumbl location, but the service was impressively quick, which is a big plus. It's been over 18 months since I last visited Crumbl, but I always enjoy indulging in their cookies as an occasional treat. Their cookies are quite large and usually very sweet. I particularly enjoyed the cupcake cookie; it stood out to me because it’s less sweet than most of their offerings. If I find myself in the mood for cookies again, I will definitely return to this location!
Went in to pick up an order i placed on the app and saw on the door a sign that said, sorry we are out of cookies The doors were still unlocked and people were still coming in to order. When I went in they were out of the cookies I had ordered and only had two kinds left. When they run out, the cookies are switched to unavailable on the app but instead they are still available to order. One employee was very rude to the person in line in front of me.
I believe the staff are probably great, but I had a disappointing experience with my delivery. I never received my order, and when I tried calling the restaurant, I couldn't get through. I was even waiting at the Cul de Sac to meet the driver, but I never received a call—my order was just marked as delivered. Now I'm at a loss for how to get my money back.
I got the 4 pack of cookies here and they were completely raw. Not ooey gooey in the middle raw, i mean inedible raw. These weren’t crumbl cookies they were runny cookies. Like the chocolate chip was the worst its terrifying. I usually LOVE these but this was honestly disgusting: Reserva una mesa ahora
