It wouldn’t be so frustrating if it wasn’t the 4th time they’ve messed up our order. One time we ordered 4 cookies and instead of reaching out to let us know they were out of stock of what we ordered they gave us a completely different set of cookies and my girlfriend was allergic to one of the ingredients in the alternate cookies! reached out to Uber eats and they gave us a $2 credit. Ordered cookies at 2pm, delivery was scheduled for 2:51, the tracker said the delivery was a minute away for a full hour. I finally cave and call in at 4pm and they say it’s been ready but nobody could deliver it. No notice, no nothing to inform me of this. They tell me they can make me fresh cookies and try to have someone deliver again, but I’m not gonna wait 6 hours for $40 cookies. Terrible experience. Go in person, never get it delivered because they’ll just blame DoorDash when they have bad customer service.

I got a single cookie. The size is pretty large and I snacked on it over a few days. I got the confetti flavor, but there was a kind of weird aftertaste. The cookies are all pretty rich and big, so they are good to share or nibble on over several days. My sister really likes crumbl but I'm not a huge fan. I usually have a pretty big sweet tooth, but these are even a bit much for me. I personally thought the cookie looked better than it tasted.

These cookies are so amazing. I don’t know why anybody wouldn’t love them. I just can’t get enough of them. I’m always so excited about the new ones if you haven’t tried it, you gotta go and never gonna look back.

Was excited about the peaches and cream but it was totally raw... the pop tart one looked raw as well but I had heard it's just the moisture from the jelly.

Great cookies. Visiting from out of State and had to take a drive to taste these. Glad I did, these cookies are huge and worth the price.

Quality and presentation of the cookies are excellent. Hopefully they make the semi-sweet chocolate chip a permanent variety option.
