Ordered cookies online, put in credit card information. Drove to the store only to be told they were sold out and were not able to fulfill order. The cookies I ordered were available online when ordered, they some that were crossed out which I assumed were sold out so I didn’t order those. I ordered the cookies that were “available”. Total waste of time to drive up there to leave empty handed. And the people working seemed to care less and acted like it was no big deal. They refunded the order but wasted 25 mins of my time.
