I went to Crusen's on Friday and found the bar to be full, but only a few tables were occupied. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially my server Austyn who made sure I had everything I needed. The food arrived quickly and was fresh and hot. The jalapeno caps were a delicious appetizer with a generous portion size, crispy batter, and a tasty southwestern sauce. The Gypsy (tenderloin) lived up to my expectations with a large, tender cut of meat that had a flaky batter and a nice selection of toppings. the service was terrible. went to order some bbq and the waitress informed us that they were from burned tips. not much. then she came and said we were also from chicken meat. So we've got double rough. that's coming out and we missed cornbread. she had asked my friend if he wanted to drip the sauce for his wobble rings when we ordered and he said that he would give me a ranch. she didn't bring it. they came by to pick up our drinks for refilling and they left them at the bar. We had to track them down to get our grain and finally had to go into the bar to get the drinks that were filled there again, but they never brought back to the table. we will not be back. the prices seem high for some...

I am disappointed with the decline of this restaurant. The main bar and stage area were closed for maintenance issues when I visited. The bathroom had uncovered ceiling tiles and a musty smell. Emily, the kind bartender, was the only staff member working and did her best, but there were very few options for food and drinks. This used to be my favorite spot, but I doubt I will return. Waitresses and bartender spent a lot of time on there phone and talking to each other. Had to ask them if one of them could check on my Togo order. It had been sitting there for about 5 minutes while they were gabbing with each other. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

the personal was nice. but it's not my cup of tea. the floors are rough and look like they were rotted. the deck is low and not even. space falls apart. my friends and I didn't feel very sure about certain types of people there. just not for me. never back.

Much better than the last time. We had a very good waitress. Alot better than our previous visit. Very quick service, never without a drink, very friendly. Love the whiteys bbq, main reason to go there.
