I placed an online order Sunday 11/20. I received my order and it was missing my steak sandwich. I went back up there to get it after calling. The food was sitting on a table behind the podium and it was every bit of 5 minutes at least before someoneactually helped me despite a waitress standing at the podium up front. I even said I am here to get the rest of my order andstill ignored me. Another girl came up and gave it to me and didn't have to ask what I was there for. That means the firstgirl could have picked it up and handed it to me. By the time I got home it was cold and the fries were soggy. I also watched the bus boy pick up a knife from one of the tables he was cleaning and spin it around in the air then was eating frys off the plates that customers left behind. When leaving we had no bill to take to register because we didn't have a waitress! Then stood up there waiting for someone to come and give me the bill. It's a good thing we are honest because we could have just walked out. Food was just ok. We will not be back!!!

Went in on a Friday afternoon was seated right away. Wasnt too crowded at all. We ordered the pretzels an dip. Was DELICIOUS wish we would've ordered 2 lol. Our waiter was on point with refills of our sodas never had to ask. Ordered the American baconcheeseburger was delicious again. Live in creve coeur will definitely be back. Also love the one in the city. ALWAYS DELICIOUSFOOD ??

We hosted a private party for 30 people at Crusoes, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our event. The food was fantastic, and the staff was exceptional! I ordered the fried chicken and really enjoyed it. However, the Cheddar Broccoli soup had a surprisingly strong, burning flavor. My two friends had the burger, and they both mentioned it was larger than they anticipated, but they found it very tasty.

Had a very good meal, roast beef sandwich and salad. Service was great I would recommend people giving them a try I'm definitely going back soon to try the lunch pizza and side for $10 dollars.
I ordered the fish, shrimp and hush puppies meal. Wife had the roast beef with au jus. Both were great.
