Awful experience pizza was at best lukewarm and I only live 7 minutes away. No staff wearing masks and the man who served me had torn gloves on. He didn’t remove them to use the eftpos machine and immediately went back to preparing food after he served me. The pizza looks nothing like the image on the website 2 half cherry tomatoes per slice and some shriveled bits of something green. Texture of cardboard. Disgusting never again.
I will never return to this restaurant. I paid $50 for two completely dried-out vegetables that were stale and inedible. When I requested a refund, it seemed to be too much trouble for them. With so much competition in the area, they really need to reconsider their offerings or perhaps consider working somewhere that deals with food waste, because honestly, I wouldn't even feed that to my dog.
Third time visiting this cafe now, and each time has been a sensational experience. Well done to the staff and chefs on some amazing food choices. Today’s coconut porridge has mind blown me. Best breakfast I’ve had in Patterson Lakes in a long time. Not to mention the great coffee, and believe me, not everyone can make good coffee in this area. Keep up the great service and foods guys.
The quality of the food is absolutely outstanding, the venue is delightful, and the staff are incredibly attentive. This is my fourth visit, and I've tried something different each time without ever being let down. Their exquisite blends are exceptional, and the coffee is simply delightful! I'm currently watching the staff make pizzas during the COVID crisis. None of the kitchen workers are wearing masks or gloves, and they're handling everything with their bare hands. They're even sneezing without covering their mouths. It's honestly making me feel nauseous to see this.
Ordered pizza from here Friday night. Not a single staff member wearing masks. No one wearing gloves. Staff constantly wiping their nose and picking up ingredients and money with their dirty fingers. Even outside of a global pandemic, this is extremely unhygienic and disgusting.
Ordered a rocket and prosciutto pizza and received the wrong pizza. Called up to get the correct pizza delivered and had to ask multiple times to get another one sent. Not one apology on their behalf.We also oredered carbonara pasta which had no flavour.
