Crust Pizza Kitchen

I had heard about the crust, but 10 minutes further away than my regular pizza joint (and have to drive past two or three others to get there) I didn't have priority. Well, I did tonight and I'm going to drive past the other joints and say goodbye. The prices are comparable to a regular chain pizza joint, perhaps a touch cheaper but the quality? To die. Mass of melty delicious cheese, more toppings than I have seen at the age and only delicious taste. We had half a chicken cordon bleu and half a honey mustard chicken and it was only delightful, so much meat, the cheese is good quality and tasteful and the sauce was not drowning a touch. well I was a long time customer spending over 100 dollars a week between wraps, pizzas, and plates. Last night at close I was delivered two wraps and a plate. the plate was great as usual, but the wraps had blue mold on green wraps. It's blatant and disgusting. I called this morning and was treated with disrespect, attitude, and made to feel stupid because there's no way they got mold on them. well, I have 20/20 vision so I must be crazy. Was told they couldn't get me new food till next week. Cool, so I pay you on time. You deliver moldy disgusting food because you didn't check it and now I'm out 20 bucks. I consider that being robbed.

that you hate this place is an understatement. I asked for a small steak base with mozzarella cheese, spinat, green paprika, swirling and boss sauce. I forgot to ask for my paid drink for a drink, so I asked how much a drink was and was said $2.39 or I could just go to the fair next door and pay much less for a dose pop. I mean, thank you for the rettung of me $2.39, but I wish I had saved the $9.07 for the vaccinated steak sub, that was mostly all brot. it's like a steak pump I do

I often order the salads from Crust! It is so convenient for me to walk there during my lunch break. People are so beautiful and above all, the salads are so good. There are NIE a lack of blows and for a salad of this size 8/9/10 dollars is literally a steal. I had no other food, but I'm sure it's just as great. I loved it until the delivery was in the veranda floor. no knock or doorbell or call so bugs could crawl over pizza and pizza was not as ordered. the pizza before had old crust. I will not get into the situation, how much of a job had done when you complained. what happens, but at least offer a friendly customer service!

10/10 best GF pizza I had. I'm pretty sensitive and I didn't get sick. Flour is in the air and its pizza place, so I assume there is a possibility of cross-contamination, but so far so good. and I eat a lot of these pizzas. The staff is friendly, but not annoying speaking or over-friendly and the prices are fair.

Best pizza in East Rochester, if possible six stars. Unbelievable and consistent customer service, even in snowstorms! I've been her patron for 10 years. Thank you to Nick, Joy, Torrie and Crew. You're excellent.
