The service was dreadful. I entered the restaurant and noticed that the staff was chatting in the back for more than ten minutes without anyone checking the front. I had to call out to get their attention. After placing my order, I discovered that I was overcharged by nearly $20, and no one seemed to know how to process a refund. It took over 30 minutes to receive the difference back, and only then did they finally place my order. Unfortunately, many ingredients were unavailable, so I couldn't get what I wanted. In total, it took almost an hour and a half just to receive one pizza. I won’t be returning.
