We ordered the Mac n Cheese Chicken Poutine and a 6-Wing combo. The wings were decent, and the accompanying sauce was good, but unfortunately, the Mac n Cheese was extremely disappointing—definitely the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken in the Mac n Cheese poutine had a strange flavor that I can't describe other than to say it reminded me of a cleaning cloth. I was really let down by both the food and the service. You have to place your order at the front counter and pay upfront. We left a tip before receiving our food, but we didn’t get any actual service. We have eaten in and ordered from this particular Crusty's many times and have dealt with a male manager/owner. He has ALWAYS been polite and helpful. Recently when trying to reach him a woman answers and doesn't speak a work of English and NDG is a mainly English neighborhood. When calling to deal with an issue, she can not communicate and doesn't understand anything I am trying to say. She has now hung up on me 3 times when trying to talk with her.. This is very rude and unacceptable, this restaurant has lost my business
I really enjoyed the 3 Pieces of Fried Chicken; it's crunchy and delicious. The Curly Fries are fantastic as well. However, the Poutine was a disappointment—it didn't taste good, and the cheese and sauce had a strange flavor. Unfortunately, the Mac and Wings weren't great either. The mac and cheese had way too much pepper and an odd smell. The chicken itself was just okay. I wish I had just ordered two servings of the 3 Pieces of Chicken instead.
Mac Attack is absolutely irresistible! It features a layer of fries, topped with your choice of beef or chicken, and finished off with creamy mac and cheese. You'll definitely want to order it again!

The best poutine and wings burger I've had in a long time! It appears to be family-owned, which adds to the charm. Overall, it was incredibly delicious!
They have a lot of food that's good for like super so if you like that kind of food is a good the best thing about them is they stay open late .
