Crystal Lake Cafe - Reserva de mesa

The food was pretty good and so were the portions. The only problem I encountered was that it was more expensive than I had anticipated. It was my girlfriend and I along with our daughter who is 4. My girlfriend had an omelet. My daughter had tenders and fries and I had the country fried steak. And our total before tip was $50. I like going to smaller diners and do so frequently. So I had expected our bill to be under $40. That being said the omelet was humongous and my girlfriend couldn't even finish half of it. Definitely worth trying.

Needs updating, chipped tables, ripped chairs, could be cleaner too. I ordered a fish sandwich, but the cook was too busy talking to a Salesman for 20 minutes and didn't start preparing my food. I got up and left never to return REVISED 7-1-24: new booths, better cooks, menu changes, prices slightly high, but clean now. Rating revised

Ordered 2 chicken meal which was supposed to be 16.30 for my daughter and I got it back home and the potatoes were not even real They were instant the chicken was bland n rubbery amd my total was $33.63 not going

Our server was wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, quick and helpful. Even cared for my son and got him some yummy homemade apple sauce. Thank you! The food was good and fast to the table too! Reserva una mesa ahora

The Cafe has the BEST pancakes. I'm from Lansing where pancakes are everywhere, but the Crystal Cafe must have a secret recipe! The service is very friendly we always feel welcomed. Thank you!

Hole in the wall and food is horrible. Still has not improved and not very clean. Overpriced box food and nothing is home cooked or fresh. instant or canned. would never recommend

Pretty standard small town diner. Waitress was super nice and very attentive. Lunch specials are very well priced. Food was good.
