Crystal Noodle Box

This place was once the best noodles in Cranbourne. NOT any more. For weeks have tried to order and seems to be closed at busy times. Finally rang to see if still possible to order and lady says yes, so I give an order for 2 and she says 25 mins. That's fine so we wait. After 20 mins I turn up to pay and collect my order. Would you believe she says can you wait 20 minutes because I forgot to put order in . So what was she doing when I called to order. On top of that they don't even make satay fried rice as it states on menu but happy to make fried rice and charge $3 for a seperate satay sauce container. Never again will I waste my time with this place. Gone downhill big time. Definitely ruin...

I had really good noodles that were a generous portion for $13. However, there was an overwhelming amount of soy sauce, which made the dish too salty. Additionally, when I was ready to leave, they didn't have any change available for me or other customers. It took a while for them to find change, and there were other customers who were also waiting. If I hadn't had exact change, they mentioned that they wouldn't have been able to serve me.

This restaurant used to be run by an older Asian gentleman, but it has since changed ownership, and unfortunately, the quality of the food, service, and cleanliness has declined. It's disappointing because I used to visit frequently, but now I prefer Wokd instead. Today, I tried to order food at 2 PM, and the woman told me they weren't cooking.

The restaurant used to be great when the older chef was in charge, but now it seems they have a young chef who doesn't measure up. The rice was dry and lacked oil, and the nasi goreng tasted bland, almost like powder. It's really not worth the money, and they even forgot part of our order! Reserva una mesa ahora

Very disappointed, ordered 2 serves of teriyaki chicken and a serve of satay skewers only to have the noodles chewy to the point I was chewing for a solid minute and still couldn't eat it and too much sauce noodles were almost black in colour, very disapointed

My partner was in there today at lunch time ordered us take away- a hot box and beef and black bean noodles. What we received was horrible burnt flavourless noodles with black frying pan flakes though the black bean noodles. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

got the order wrong, dim sims over cooked, nasi gorang not at all more like fried rice, seafood megoring spicy asked not be spicy home made mini spring rolls bought from Cole's won't be going there again
