I came back again with 5 friends. we chated with the boss (a cool man) and ordered 4 dishes according to his advice: proc cuit en deux(chinese: hui guo rou), chicken with chilies(la zi ji ding), and fume bacon....... ... we were so hot as those dishes were so chilies chilies and chilies. I can not refuse not only delicious but chilies-hot. I got the website ~auntdai.com from the boss. Avec Kanbai sur la rue Ste-Catherine près de St-Mathieu, Auntdai est seulement le deuxième resto à Montréal où je retrouve un menu et des saveurs similaire à ce que j'avais tant apprécié lors de mon séjour de quelques semaines en Chine. Beaucoup moins épicé que Kanbai (qui en passant a récemment changé de nom) avec le gros avantage d'être un Apportez son Vin. Le décor est modeste et le service est impeccable. Prix très abordable et portion copieuse. Dommage que ça soit si loin de chez moi, j'y serais 3 à 4 fois par semaine.
Enjoyed a meal recently . We ordered 5 separate plates with the cabbage vegetable dish being totally unique and delicious. The spicy shrimp, the orange beef and the general tao chicken were all superb and each spiced differently. The pad Thai was good but different from what I have enjoyed elsewhere- this one had no egg and many very long noodles but included loads of tasty shrimp and chicken. It is BYOB and service was attentive and friendly.

The owner and the servers are very hospitable. They were fixing their roof outside and they just finished renovation so it was a bit chaotic. But the quality of the food is great and the dishes recommended by the servers are absolutely wonderful.
excellent eating and service was very efficient. decor is not chic, but eating really has the day! it was unusually loud tonight, but to a big table near and not normally the case. incredible worth and always like to eat there!
excellent Asian cuisine: fresh ingredients, dishes hot when served, and a diverse menu. Best Asian restaurant we have ever found in montreal!
The food at this restaurant is amazing and the service is excellent. The value for the price is exceptional!
