I had visited the Chinook Mall location in Calgary 03/30/24, where I received a free birthday sandwich from my favourite take-out spot. However, I was disappointed to notice that the lady who made my sandwich put it on the grill and then went to do dishes while wearing the same gloves. When my sandwich was ready, she touched it with the same gloves that she had used for washing dishes. I expressed my concern to her, but unfortunately, she did not acknowledge my concerns regarding hygiene and food safety. I hope that this issue can be resolved, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
First time trying this place overall great experience. I had one of the grain bowels “Tokyo” everything tasted fresh and good except for the mango. It had no taste and ice cold thinking it was frozen. The staff where friendly but hard to understand. Will be back!
A nice alternative to other options in the food court. Found the food reasonably priced aside from a can of bubbly water that cost $3.50. Hard boil egg was over cooked. Good food. Will go back.
Delicious and healthy! I Loved the Powerplant burrito and you get to customize bowls, salads and sandwiches!! And you get to decide to pick the vegan!! Definetly coming back and eat there

I asked this employee nicely to spare me some tissue for my kid. Which is just infront of her. She told me to go to the washroom. I just want to thank her for being so nice.
Got 14$ bowl asked for pepper and got turned away garbage tasteless food to begin with anyway don't even bother trying veggies at home are fresher than them

Yummy salad. Fresh/from frozen mango would be infinitely tastier than the tiny canned pieces. Plastics styrofoam a major let-down :

The 3 salad option meal: Every time I go, they are out of the broccoli and carrot salad. So, I move on.
