A great place to try delicious and juicy burger along with crunchy french fries.Burger size is satisfactory. Dont forget to try their Fruit shake with whole milk (taste is really great).Customer service was very satisfactory. The food was delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired. We visited our favorite restaurant for my sister's birthday, and she was excited to order her birthday sundae. However, when we were asked for an appetizer, we didn't have one. My sister then showed her photo ID, but the situation continued to escalate. The manager or owner was incredibly rude throughout the entire incident.
The prices are moderate for the establishment, but I found the portion sizes to be smaller than expected. While the food was filling, it didn't seem worth the price I paid. My order was prepared quickly and was handed to me by the cashier, which indicated that she was at least aware of her responsibilities. Overall, there are some areas that could use improvement.
One of the worst Culver's I've been to for customer service. The drive thru attendant on 3/1/24 was rude. Asked for malt vinegar at the speaker and some other sauces you have to pay for. Asked again at the window and still didn't receive them after being told they are in the bag.

I really enjoy getting a hot and fresh burger at Culver's. The food is delicious and consistently meets my expectations. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean!
I got food poisoning there on April 25,2024. I was served a cool hamburger before I even sat down whichmakes me think the hamburgers were already precooked long before I ate it
