Culver’s - Reserva de mesa

Drove a few hours to Decatur for a meeting and was happy to see a Culver's near my hotel. Ordered cheese curds and a shrimp dinner with extra crispy fries. The time on my receipt was 7:01 so when my order was delivered at 7:20, I assumed the extra time was for my well done fry order. Wrong! After driving 3 minutes back to the Hampton Inn, I found my fries were pale, cold and limp. To add insult to injury, the cheese curds were not in my bag. Anyway, the shrimp and slaw were tasty.

I stopped into Culver 's after work and got a deluxe bacon butter burger. I wasn 't sure what all came on it so I inquired and the person assisting me was more than willing to answer my question. They weren 't hurried to ask me, is that all? Cutting me off as other (golden arch) restaurants do. Good quality is great, the establishment was clean as well and the wait was pretty short.

There's been a couple times where I'll order my food, take my number, sit down for about 20 minutes, ask if my food is almost ready, and then told they forgot to make it. Seems like they have several employees doing multiple tasks at once that there's no steady flow of service.

Went in for flavor of the day (3/29) blackberry cobbler. Got home and put in freezer. Just dug into it, no cobbler bits but it has chocolate, not suppose to be in cobbler. 1st time there since they switched to coke, sadly service isnt what it ise to be. Reserva una mesa ahora

Burger had no cheese on it it was so dry I couldn’t hardly stand to eat it !! Coke tasted very weak ! I was so disappointed. Kid-friendliness: Yes they have kid meals

This culver's always get my food right and it's always fresh. The customizations are awesome for the concretes and shakes. definitely recommend.

Cod was a little soggy but flavor was good. Slaw sauce was tasty. Fries could cook longer. Root beer GOOD.
