Culver’s - Reservar una mesa

This is easily the best Culver's in the greater northwest suburbs as far as food quality and speed of service are concerned. Their concrete mixers are actually stiff, unlike the soupy mess you get at other nearby locations. The burgers seem to actually be made to order, unlike the stale or off-tasting food from other locations. The fryer seems to be kept clean as well, with no weird flavoring of other foods coming through.However, for some reason that I just can't figure out, they ask for your name in the drive-through now. Service slow, drive thru was highly unenthusiastic of taking my three item order: burger, fries, shake; no special order. At later time lunch hour, went thru drive thru, told to pull forward and wait. Why waiting? It's delicious but have to wait. Too slow. I got honked from a car behind me. Not my fault it's too slow. Can you guys improve your slow service? I never wait in Anoka. Also, got a unfriendly mention from order runner telling me to pull forward. Same problem, too slow.Rating 1 star due to runner unpolite.

messed up my burger and boyfriends boyfriend has dietary restrictions literally only wanted a double plain w cheese BB and i wanted a culver’s deluxe single and they flopped the order. was upset w him for having an attitude when he literally couldn’t eat the food bc he has CRHONS and can’t eat specific items. then proceeded to get angry with me and tell me MY BOYFRIEND messed up HIS OWN BURGER AND MINE. instead of just giving me a refund bc i literally am at work and cannot go get another one
