hopefully, the manager reads and recognizes what his/her fellow worker does. it is a busy night in the restaurant line through the door. I ordered my food. after checking the acknowledgement it is clear that a shake is missing from the commands. back to the cashier who took my order noah to correct my order. he was absolutely rude in relation to the thema. to blame and to say it is not his fault. 1. I didn't blame him for asking me to correct the order. he then says he will take my order after each in the line, think it, the line is still through the door. I was already standing in, put my order. I just wanted there to be a mistake. he wanted me to stand back in the long row before he repair...
this is the second time that I bought a root beer boat and had to turn around because it is half empty before even a single swallow. we also noticed that our fries were half empty. So I turned around and they fixed these problems. but when I just came home, I see they miss a merchandise order we paid. great! three of seven points wrong. will not be back.
First and last time to Culver's. I ordered a burger deluxe with bacon and onion rings, my friend a burger deluxe with bacon and fries, we both had drinks for 20.74 including tax. The burgers tasteless, onion rings over cooked and crinkle cut fries okay. There are better burger options at better prices.... Best wishes Culver's
has ordered a pot roast sandwich and has nothing but fat and goo. not too happy of this. also 2 completely false drinks. ordered 2 dr. paprika and instead got a sweet tee and root beer. fries had absolutely no salt on them, just kartoffel. I love culvers, but that was terrible.

Really enjoyed my burger and onion rings. Staff wasn't exactly very engaging or helpful and it was my first time. I was able to figure it out and really enjoyed the food. The sweet tea is pretty good as well.
