I want to share my experience with a staff member named Kate, or possibly Katlyn, who I believe is a supervisor. I've noticed she often has a negative attitude toward customers. There have been times when I've avoided the restaurant altogether because her behavior makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Occasionally, she doesn't say a word and just looks at me as if I'm a bother. I used to spend about a hundred dollars a week there, but now I frequently choose to eat elsewhere because of how she treats people.
