Cumberland Farms - Reservar una mesa

I wish I could rate this place higher because I genuinely like some of the staff I've met here. However, I can't overlook the skyrocketing prices on everything in the store. It's outrageous. The gum I used to buy has nearly doubled in price, and the ice cream has almost doubled as well. Energy drinks and everything else have seen significant price increases too. The gasoline prices are another issue; they're way above average. Because of all this, I've started going across the street to the Citgo, even though it's not as convenient. It feels like you're taking advantage of a low-income community, and you should really be ashamed of that.

I have never witnessed such poor customer service at a Cumberland Farms store as I did tonight, based on the actions of the cashier towards a customer. All this customer wanted to do was pay $1.09 for a coffee, which she did. However, the cashier actually ran outside after her, claiming that she hadn't paid and accusing her of theft. The cashier said the customer had no right to cut in line and even threatened to call the police. It was quite pathetic to see a cashier so furious over a $1.09 coffee, running out the door and yelling "theft, theft!" at this woman. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The restaurant is clean, and the coffee is consistently fresh. They treat teenage customers with respect, which makes me comfortable sending my 12-year-old there without any worries. Most of the staff are helpful, though there are a couple of lazy ones, but you find that everywhere. I live nearby, so having 24-hour service is a great bonus!
