Cumulus Inc - Reservar una mesa

Took the good lady out somewhere for our anniversary breakfast. Checked out ratings and made the 500m trek. Place was crammed at the door with people waiting for their coffees....get out of the freaking way!! Directed to a seat on a large round table with two other couples, on hard stools...not a good start. Couple beside us were not impressed. ORdered coffees while perusing the menu...very limited, NO CHANGES allowed. We wanted eggs but our way. Prices high, noisy, cramped, sitting RIGHT up against other couples...we had no room, people squeezing past all the time. What a freaking joke. So we up and left, trudged all the way back to the hotel's full buffet breakfast...but that's another story!

We have been here a few years ago and absolutely loved our dining experience where plates are shared. Yesterday We dashed in for a quick meal before heading to the footy. We didn't have a booking, but were lucky enough to secure two spaces at the bar. The staff were very helpful with our dietary requests, checking with the kitchen and making suggestions. The food was superb! It's a restaurant with a great buzz and delightful staff. Well worth a visit...if you can get in!

One of my favourites in Melbourne. All the meals were fantastic especially the salads and crudités. The dumplings were like eating clouds! An absolute delight and if you can't get a table try cumulus up upstairs.

It was crowed, so I was seated at the bar. I took the Rock flathead, fregola, chermoula & prawn and was really excellent. Service extremely busy but friendly. Good place!

Food was excellent, I had 3 entrees as a main, all were really good. Service was not as good as the food, wait staff were slow and not particularly friendy
