"It’s probably best to avoid this place at the moment. The staff cannot cope, despite being empty. Their attitude is poor and the prices are high. It took minutes to bring a bottle of sparkling water and glasses. All they had to...do was take the bottle from the nearby fridge and deliver it to our table. We daren’t order any food. Very disappointing."

Do yourself a favour and don’t go here if you have young children!! We had an awful experience here! My husband and I came here for morning tea with our two young boys. My year old son was starting to cry and my husband...was standing next to my son to take him out. As this was happening, the store manager came over to our table and said, “Can you please stop him crying because people are starting to leave because of him (they weren’t). Anyone with the slightest social awareness would know that we were handling the situation by removing my son from the cafe. My other son and I decided to remain in the cafe and finish our food. Subsequently, the cafe manager sent a number of his waitresses to...

Made the day trip to Montville and decided to swing in for lunch. We ordered the Bangers and Mash and the Sweet Chilli Calamari. Both meals definitely hit the spot. The bangers and mash had the perfect mix of flavour and creaminess with a touch...of caramelised onion and asparagus. The Calamari was pan fried so you didn’t walk away feeling fatty and or greased out. Both meals were defiantly ‘Americanised’ given how much was on our plates and the drinks were in tall glasses too. Both dishes arrived very quickly which did raise some eyebrows initially but we were happy with our meals so there was nothing to complain about there. The prices were a little steep but given the portion size and tha...

Would leave no stars if it was an option and wish I had taken the time to read the fbk reviews of this place before I attended as it would have saved me the terrible experience. Owner was dreadfully rude to customers. Coffee was average...at best and vanilla slice was like rubber. All capped off with the pleasure of paying dollars for two coffees and a vanilla square. Seriously this is daylight robbery!! When I queried the price I was told I was paying for the views however there are only about tables on the balcony with views and the bulk be of the tables (including ours which was inside) do not enjoy this benefit despite paying the ridiculous price. I’m not one to normally leave negative r...

Went here Sunday for lunch and my boyfriend and I had the steak and the Grilled Garlic Prawn. The steak was okay but not great for the money, on the other hand my five small prawns were soggy and swimming in oil. They tasted like...they had been frozen for a long time and they were mushy, how they could charge when this serve only came with a salad and a couple of bits of Turkish bread. We didn’t bother commenting as we paid our bill but we did note that the manager never asked how were our meals, we guessed she knew that they weren’t that good. Will never come back
