we were in the curry house on Thursdays. when we came in, we were already beaten by the smell of the sticks. again and again, while we were there, different windows were opened, which led to a low room temperature. I was completely frozen at the end of the evening. we got a gruß from the kitchen with three dips. That was okay. also the currys were in order. we were asked in advance whether we want it sharp, medium or mild. So I'm kind of tired of the sharpness! Mein Mann hat dieses Restaurant empfohlen bekommen und als erstes haben wir auf TripAdvisor Informationen gesammelt. Der Service war sehr nett. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es hatte Geschmack, gut gewürzt und wir haben sogar Reste gehabt. Das Restaurant ist zwar sehr altbacken und nicht mein Stil, dennoch gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Auf TripAdvisor wurde oft ein dreckiger Tisch bemängelt. Ich denke der Eigentümer hat sich das zu Herzen genommen, es gab eine durchsichtige Plastik Tischdecke und es war nichts dreckig. Wir fanden es auch gut, dass wir nach der Schärfe unserer Gerichte gefragt worden sind. Wir würden wieder kommen.
The food was great. We have several plates and each one of them tasted very authentic. The restaurant itself feels a little dated with their current decor. However, the service was excellent and ditching is a place that we keep coming back to whenever we want Indian food.
Best Indian restaurant in Germany. If you're from the states, this restaurant serves the exact same kind of Indian food that is served in the U.S. Americans flock here for Indian food. Highly recommend.
