I was disappointed to find that there are no good restaurants in Terminal 5 at JFK. The custom burgers at this place were not great. The service was extremely slow, even though there were not many people working. I even saw my order sitting there for a long time before it was brought to me.

I am a burger connoisseur, and I expected the burger to be better than the average burger joint. However, I was mistaken. The burger was average at best, and nothing to write home about.
